The St. Margaret Mary Annual Parish Picnic is held on a Saturday evening in September after 4:30 PM Mass. A delicious feast is prepared and offered at no cost to the entire parish by the Men's League who work so diligently to plan, prepare, setup, cook and clean up! They provide hamburgers, hot dogs, the traditional liver/bacon/onion sandwiches and corn-on-the-cob. Fixin's, soda and water included. BYOB. Parishioners are asked to contribute side dishes or desserts to share. It's a wonderful family event and a chance to catch up with everyone whom you may only see at Mass.
The drawing for the parish raffle is held at the conclusion of the picnic as well. Ticket booklets are prepared for each family to sell - pick yours up in the foyer at church after Mass and please do your best to help the parish reach it's fundraising goal! This is our only parishwide fundraiser.
